SLMP has multiple options available for you to help us promote our mission throughout the year by sponsoring at various levels. We are updating our sponsorship options so you have many options to show your support for our industry!  There are only a limited number of high-level sponsorships available so choose quickly!

What’s the difference between a Vendor and an Exhibitor? A Vendor is a membership category.  An Exhibitor is an organization that has a booth at the Summit.  Due to high demand for our exhibit spaces, all Exhibitors will be current Vendor members of the Society.  Your membership for 2026 will be charged at the time of your exhibit/sponsor registration.

Non-Exhibiting Vendor Policy

Purpose
The SLMP Summit exists to provide a high-quality educational, networking, and sales environment for registered exhibitors, sponsors, and attendees. This policy protects the investment of paid participants and ensures a fair, professional, and respectful business atmosphere.

Definition
A Non-Exhibiting Vendor is any company, representative, or individual attending the event with the intent to solicit business, distribute promotional materials, or meet with clients or prospects without purchasing an exhibit space or sponsorship as designated by show management.

Policy

1. Solicitation Prohibited Without Participation
   Only registered exhibitors and sponsors may promote, market, or solicit business in connection with the SLMP Summit.
   Non-exhibiting vendors may not:
   • Distribute marketing materials, brochures, samples, or business cards.
   • Engage in conversations that promote a product, service, or company.
   • Schedule meetings, meals, or hospitality events with attendees during the four-day Summit.
   • Host off-site gatherings (breakfasts, lunches, dinners, etc.) that target registered attendees for networking or sales purposes.
2. Registration or Sponsorship Required
   Any company wishing to solicit business, display products, or meet clients or prospects must participate as an official exhibitor or sponsor through one of the following options:
   • Exhibit Booth or Table Space: Minimum fee of $1,395 (or as specified on the website).
   • Event Sponsorship: Minimum fee of $1,500 (or as specified on the website).
3. Enforcement
   Show management reserves the right to:
   • Deny entry or revoke badges for any individual or company found in violation of this policy.
   • Remove and dispose of unauthorized promotional materials.
   • Decline future registration or participation for repeat offenders.

EMBASSY SUITES SHIPPING ADDRESS & PACKAGES RATES

Inbound Shipments:  The Hotel’s Package Room, maintained by the Bell Captain, is available for the receipt, holding and delivery of small packages to the guests occupying guestrooms and meeting space.  All inbound packages will be weighed upon arrival and handling charges will be assessed to the guest’s room or Master Account when they are delivered.  The Package Room is not available to store exhibits, pallets or large crates.  All packages must be pre-approved for delivery by the Convention Services Manager.  Due to limited storage, no shipment will be accepted earlier than three (3) days prior to the event start date.

For package Pick-up, please proceed to the Bell Stand for assistance and a front desk agent will dispatch the proper person to deliver your package to the desired location.  You may also call the Bell Stand at extension 4030

Shipping Instructions:  All materials must enter via the loading dock; it is not permissible to load/unload anywhere except the loading dock. Bringing materials in through the public entrances of the convention center is not permitted. Shipments should be addressed as follows:
