The Board of Directors at SLMP is excited to continue with enhancements to the format for the upcoming summit. Based on feedback from our attendees, you have indicated that sharing information is extremely valuable to you and your organization.
You spoke, we listened! Rather than the usual PowerPoint presentations for two and a half days, we will be having multiple interactive round-table Socratic discussions on a variety of topics that you told us are meaningful to you.
What are we talking about?! YOU will be part of the program every step of the way. Less lecture, more participation! More collaboration and problem solving on issues affecting YOU!

This format will need some additional involvement from more members in the form of Table Group Leaders. We will be rotating Table Group Leaders and having some fill-ins so leaders can take a break too! But I don’t know how to lead a group discussion, you say. It’s not as hard as you think, especially since SLMP will provide you with all the guidance you need. Check out this info from Trent on Table Group Leaders. You CAN do it!

SLMP has made it more cost effective for you to bring more of your staff to the summit. The more staff you bring, the better the individual registration fee gets!
Only 1 or 2 coming from your organization? The fee is $350 per person
3 to 6 people on your registration? The fee is $300 per person
Bringing 7 or more people? Yay! You know the value of this event! The fee is $250 per person
Need to add more people after you’ve made your initial registration? If it puts you into a better registration fee category, we will adjust your fee accordingly, just email Maryann.
You will renew your organization’s membership for 2022 along with your summit registration. Your one annual membership fee is for your entire organization so you only pay that once no matter how many staff you bring. If you are new to the organization, select the membership option that best fits you this year. Not sure which option to choose, just ask!

The guestroom rate is $209/night plus any applicable state and local taxes. This rate is available from Saturday, January 21 to Thursday, January 26, 2023 based on availability.
Self parking is onsite and is included with your room rate.
Wifi is complementary in the guest rooms and meeting space.
Bringing the kids? Breakfast & dinner are free for them with the purchase of an adult entree.
A one night deposit is required upon making the reservation.
Reservations must be made no later than December 29, 2022 to get these favorable rates.
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance of arrival to avoid a No Show or cancellation charge.
Check in time is 4pm or later and check out time is 11am.
Our room block normally sells out early so it is advisable to make reservations as soon as you are able. Please ensure your room selection and rate are correct.
SLMP has multiple options available for you to help us promote our mission throughout the year by sponsoring at various levels. There are only a limited number of high-level sponsorships available so choose quickly!
What’s the difference between a Vendor and an Exhibitor? A Vendor is a membership category. An Exhibitor is an organization that has a booth at the Summit.
